Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy -  All items purchased from SunshineSpicecorp.com can be returned within 30 days of delivery. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with safety seal intact, and in its original packaging.

In the subject: Your order number 

Please attach: pictures of your return and the reason why you’re returning the item. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send an email with instructions on how and where to send your package. You’ll receive a refund in full, minus shipping costs (refund transactions can take 7-10 business days to process) 

Restocking fees: Any item received after 30 days will be subject to a restocking fee of 35% of your returns. Items returned past 60 days of delivery are not eligible for return. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Sunshine Spice Corp. is not responsible for return shipping fees or lost items being returned.

 

Damages and issues.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Non-returnable / non-refundable items.

We do accept returns or provide returns on the following items:

• Sale items

• Gift cards and/or gift certificates

• Shipping costs

• Opened/used containers 

• Products with damaged safety seals 

 

Exchanges.

In order to get what you want as soon as possible, send us an email: amejia@sunshinespicecorp.com with your order number and let us know what you actually wanted. Let us know that you are returning the item you currently don’t want, untampered. 

Once we receive your package we will ship out the correct item!
